- September 2007: D&S acquires Adtech Industries.
Adtech is a precision manufacturing, grinding and lapping facility
manufacturing for the precision metering pump industry.
- June 2007: D & S awarded "25
Years of Service" Recognition from the National Tooling
Association.
- March 2005: D & S “Open House” displays the latest in Hi-Tech lean manufacturing. The event was attended by a variety of customers, suppliers, local political figures and industry executives .
- February 2005: D&S receives letter of appreciation from BAE SYSTEMS in recognition for their support of the THAAD Seeker Program. D&S supplies a variety of critical machined components for the Seeker.
- December 2004: D&S purchases a Wire EDM machine to increase current EDM capacity.
- February 2004: D&S adds a Niigata, 4 Axis High Speed, Horizontal Machining Center. This machine was selected due to it being the same make and model used by its sister company, B&E Precision Aircraft Components. This compatibility will provide for easy offloads from one company to the other.
